Happy Easter!

The girls were looking forward to Easter morning! Rylee was telling Sadie the night before that they had to look for their eggs and baskets when they wake up. And they sure did have fun doing just that!

She was so excited to see that she got the movie Tangled.

The two of them started off looking for eggs together.

Then they really got into it and went off on their own. Rylee was running (literally) from one egg to the next.

Sadie did a good job finding her share too.

She got a Max and Ruby movie...which she loves!

After breakfast (and candy) we got ready for church. The weather wasn't exactly beautiful (kind of rainy) but at least they could wear their dresses.

Easter Festivities

The kids had an Easter party at daycare and the the Easter bunny even came. I couldn't be there unfortunately, but one of the other mom's took a few pictures for me.

Rylee was brave this year and sat on the Easter bunny's lap all by herself (last year she wouldn't).

But Sadie wouldn't go up there so Ms. Niki brought her up there.

Rylee was really excited about coloring eggs this year. Sadie didn't really know what to expect but she sure did like it once she saw how the eggs changed colors.

Indy Zoo

At the beginning of April, my mom, Grandma, Quincy, brother Brad and his girlfriend Dana, all came down to visit us for a few days. It was so nice to have them down here and they picked an awesome weekend! The weather has been all over the place this April, but that weekend it was in the 70's and 80's and beautiful! One of the days we took a trip over to the zoo. The kids had a great time and us adults all enjoyed it too. I have lots of pictures!

We checked out the seals first. They all got down on their knees to see better, I thought it was cute.

Sadie wanted to hold hands with someone all the time. She especially loved holding Uncle Brad's and Dana's hands cause they kept lifting her up and she'd say "wheee".

The lions. I wish I knew how to use my camera better. I know there is a way to take pictures with blurring out the fence but I'm just not sure how to do it yet. Anyways, the lions were a big hit with everyone.

Happy St. Patty's Day!

The girls were decked out in green for their St. Patty's Day party at daycare. Rylee didn't want to get pinched she said, haha. Here's some pics of my "Irish" girls.

I told her to show me her cheeks and this is what she did...too cute. She had tattoo's from daycare on her cheeks that said 100% lucky and I'm a wee bit Irish (which is true).
